Flight enquiries

A useful flight quote starts with the route, dates and what matters to you. Send those details once and discuss the options on WhatsApp.

Start an enquiry

What to include in your enquiry

  • Departure and arrival cities or airport codes, including any preferred airport.
  • Departure date, return date if needed, and whether either date can move.
  • Number of travellers and preferred cabin. Mention children or infants in the notes.
  • Baggage needs, stopover preferences, accessibility requests and any essential arrival time.

Compare the whole journey

The lowest headline fare may have a long connection, a separate baggage charge or an airport change. Compare the total price, checked and cabin baggage, connection time, arrival airport and change conditions together. Ask which parts are included in the quote.

One way, return and multi-city travel

For a one-way or return enquiry, choose the matching option in the form. For a multi-city trip, enter the first route and list every additional city and date in the notes. A designer can then discuss the complete routing with you.

Before you confirm a flight

Check that passenger names match the travel documents, and confirm dates, airports, baggage and fare conditions in writing. Prices and availability can change before ticketing. An enquiry reference is a conversation reference; it is not a ticket or booking confirmation.

Common questions

Can I ask about a route that is not in the suggestions?

Yes. Type the city or airport and describe the route in the notes. Suggestions help identify airports; they do not confirm that a flight operates on a particular date.

Does submitting the form hold a fare?

No. The form prepares an enquiry for WhatsApp. A fare or seat is only held if a designer explicitly confirms that arrangement and its expiry time.

Do I need to pay on this website?

No. There is no payment or checkout on this website. Review the quote and payment instructions directly with your designer before confirming anything.
