Hotel and stay enquiries
A good stay depends on the location, room and terms as much as the photographs. Tell us who is travelling and how you want to spend your time.
What to include in your enquiry
- Destination, preferred neighbourhood and check-in and check-out dates.
- Number of rooms and guests. Include children's ages in the notes when relevant.
- Approximate budget and currency, preferred room or bed arrangement, and any meal preference.
- Accessibility needs, airport transfers, late arrival or other essential requests.
Choose the location first
A central hotel can reduce travel time, while a quieter property may suit a slower holiday. Share the places you intend to visit and whether walking distance, public transport or a private transfer matters. For a resort or villa, mention any facilities that are essential.
Compare like-for-like room options
Check the exact room category, occupancy, bed arrangement, meals, taxes and any resort charges. A star rating alone does not describe every room or inclusion. Ask whether requests such as adjoining rooms, an early check-in or a particular view are confirmed or only requested.
Read the stay conditions
Before confirming, check cancellation deadlines and their time zone, payment requirements and the property's check-in rules. Availability and rates can change. Destination photographs on this site are illustrative and do not represent a specific room offered in a quote.
Common questions
How do I send a hotel enquiry?
Open the enquiry form, choose Hotels, and enter your destination, stay dates, rooms and guests. You can add preferences before continuing to your contact details and WhatsApp.
Can I ask about a villa or a family stay?
Yes. Explain the type of stay, number of guests, room requirements and any essential facilities in the notes so the enquiry includes those preferences.
Is a room reserved when I send an enquiry?
No. An enquiry starts a conversation. A reservation only exists after the named property and booking arrangements are confirmed in writing.
