This website is an enquiry service. You describe a flight, a stay or a whole trip, and a travel designer at EZ Travel replies with options. The website itself does not sell travel, does not issue tickets, and does not take payment.

Sending an enquiry does not create a booking and does not reserve a seat, a room or a fare. A booking exists only once a designer confirms it in writing and the agreed payment has been made directly with the designer.

Until that happens, prices, availability and schedules can change without notice. Any figure discussed in an enquiry is an indication, not a quote that is held open.

The enquiry form composes a WhatsApp message from your answers and opens WhatsApp so you can send it. The message is delivered only if you press send. There is no enquiry record on this website, so keep your own copy of the details if you need one.

• Give accurate details: correct names as they appear on travel documents, correct dates, and a mobile number a designer can reach.
• Check every detail in a proposed itinerary before you confirm it, including spelling of names, dates, airports and room types.
• Hold valid passports, visas and any health or entry documents the destination requires. Entry rules are your responsibility to verify with the relevant authority.
• Make payments only through the method a designer confirms with you directly. This website never asks for card details.

Travel suppliers, not this website, set prices and availability. Fares and room rates move, airline schedules change, and occasional display or typographical errors happen. If an error affects a confirmed arrangement, the designer will tell you and offer a corrected option.

No payment is collected on this website. Payments, cancellations and refunds are handled directly with EZ Travel and the relevant supplier, and the applicable terms are set out in the separate cancellation and refund policy.

Do not use this site to send unlawful, misleading or abusive messages, to impersonate anyone, or to place speculative or automated enquiries. Access may be withdrawn from anyone doing so.

The text, layout and design of this website belong to EZ Travel. The photographs on the homepage are illustrative stock images of the destinations named, shown to indicate the kind of trip being discussed. They are not photographs of specific hotels, villas or itineraries that will be sold to you.

We aim to keep the website accurate and available. Access may be interrupted, and supplier information can change. Check the written terms of your specific booking before paying. Nothing on this website limits rights or responsibilities that cannot lawfully be limited.

These terms may be updated as the service changes. The version published here at the time you use the site is the one that applies.
