This site has no database and no accounts. What you type into the enquiry form is not saved by this website. Opening WhatsApp shares the prepared message with WhatsApp; we receive it only when you press Send there.

• Trip details such as origin, destination, dates, travellers, rooms and any notes you add.
• Your name and mobile number.
• The form composes a WhatsApp message from those answers and opens it in WhatsApp. Opening the link passes the draft text to WhatsApp, even before you press Send. WhatsApp handles that information under its own privacy policy.
• The site does not save the form, does not write it to a database, and does not include enquiry details in analytics. Closing the website clears its unsent form; WhatsApp may retain its own draft.

Pressing send delivers the message to the business through WhatsApp. From that point the conversation is handled by WhatsApp and is subject to the WhatsApp and Meta privacy terms, which we do not control. We receive your name, mobile number and the trip details in that message.

We use those details to answer your enquiry, prepare options, and stay in touch about the trip. We do not sell them and we do not add you to bulk marketing lists.

The production site uses Vercel Web Analytics and Speed Insights to understand page visits and loading performance. These tools do not use tracking cookies. Reports include visited pages, referring sites, broad location, device and browser information, and performance measurements.

We do not send your name, phone number, trip details or notes to these tools. Query strings and URL fragments are removed before reporting. There are no advertising pixels or session recordings.

Like any website, the hosting provider keeps standard access logs, which can include your IP address, the page requested and your browser’s user agent. They are used for security and to keep the site running. The logs are the hosting provider’s, not a profile built about you.

This website does not retain enquiry forms. Aggregated analytics are retained by the hosting provider under its service terms. The WhatsApp conversation is retained by WhatsApp under their terms and by the business for as long as it is needed to help you and to meet tax and record-keeping obligations. You can ask for a conversation to be deleted.

You can use the telephone contact without entering details in the form. Avoid including passport numbers, payment information or other sensitive documents in an initial enquiry.

This site is meant for adults arranging travel. It is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.
